The Coach Well, Lead Well Certification Program is an evidence-based coach-training program that equips leaders with the skills you need to inspire those you lead, thrive professionally and personally, while creating the results you crave. 

PROGRAM FORMAT

Learn to apply the art and science of coaching in your role as a leader.

You’ll get trained in mastering the thought tools inside and out as well as practical experience in using the science of coaching in everyday situations. I’ll give you personal feedback and guidance on every step, every step of the way (all of which also applies to every other area of your life!).

• Personal coaching: Get coaching and mentorship for your life, your mind, your situations, customized to exactly where you are and built to get you where you want to go next. 

• On-demand course material: Bite-sized, at your own pace. You will learn coaching concepts and tools to inspire those you lead and serve. You have support as you shift and take intentional, impactful action. These coaching tools are evidence-based best practices of Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, and Neurolinguistic Programming. You will have practical experiences in coaching others and self-coaching.

• Practicum of challenges, reflection and self-evaluation: Challenges and guides provide encouragement and accountability as you apply your coaching skills in real-life.

• Personalized feedback: Secure cloud-based document sharing allows you to track your notes, reflections, and submit questions to receive private, personalized feedback.
